Tofu, beans, legumes and soy-based products are also great foods to include in a high protein diet. Beans are especially cheap, and they can supplement just about any meal. The fiber found in beans will further enhance your ability to lose weight.

With so many high protein foods to choose from, embarking on a high protein diet is a safe bet for anyone who has lofty fitness goals.
